What Cedar collects

Cedar collects the name and email address you provide to issue, deliver, support, and verify your ticket. If you separately choose event text messages, Cedar also collects the mobile number you provide and a record of that choice. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and do not pass through Cedar’s site.

How information is used

Information is used to process admission, send the private ticket link, operate the door list, prevent duplicate or fraudulent tickets, provide support, and deliver any event photos or future-show updates you separately request.

Mobile information

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help Cedar deliver the messages you requested, or when disclosure is required by law.

The Cedar event-text program sends no more than two messages for this event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is optional and is not required to purchase a ticket.

Choices and retention

Photo delivery, event texts, and future-show updates are separate choices. Cedar keeps event and payment records only as long as reasonably needed for admission, support, accounting, safety, and legal obligations. You may reply STOP to any event text, or contact Cedar to withdraw an optional choice or request deletion where possible.
